Salary: £20,000 – £30,000 (Depending on expertise)

The Role.

A great opportunity for a Project Manager looking to take the next step on their career path; we’re a small studio with big ambitions.

As our first hire in the business admin department of our business, you’ll be able to help develop the project management strategy working alongside the digital tools we already use, or helping develop custom tools to help us manage projects, time, or client interaction more effectively.

Anyone with a background in web, media or digital agencies should feel very at home in this role.

The nature of our projects is varied in nature and scale, we have ongoing projects where we support existing clients on a retained basis, new business in the form of short and long projects as well as consultancy work.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth running of all stages, ensuring all deliverables are produced on time, on budget and on brief. There will be frequent liaison with clients and consultants, so excellent communication skills, written and spoken, are essential.

We won’t throw you in the deep end, as that wouldn’t be fair – we’ll support you in your new role, as you grow and learn what’s required and how we currently work – the position is required to free up more of the teams time to ensure our individual skills are being utilised efficiently.

About You.

A day in the life of….

  • You’ll take full ownership of the management, smooth running and client liaison of most, if not all of the projects that we run with. We have multiple projects running at any one-time, however this should be manageable as PM is currently being run alongside other responsibilities
  • You’ll collaborate with colleagues on new business proposals, by scoping the project, developing budgets, formatting and proof-reading proposals with management
  • You’ll proactively manage project plans, ensuring all work is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standard every time; maintaining 100% accuracy on all output through proof-reading and sense-checking of all client deliverables
  • You’ll be happy leading project status calls and proactively participating in meetings
  • You’ll ensure all internal systems/databases are kept up to date e.g. Asana, Project Trackers etc

  • You’ll be a key team player in the Creator® team
  • You’ll have experience working with partially remote team
  • You’ll be highly organised, pro-active, an excellent problem-solver and can get things done in advance of deadlines
  • You’ll build strong client relationships – clients are used to liaising directly with the company director, so a gradual, smooth shift over to working directly with you should be considered.
  • You’ll be responsible for the smooth running of all your projects, delivering projects in time, in budget and of great quality
  • You’ll be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • You’ll be able to multi-task and switch between projects effortlessly
  • You’ll be fluent in our offering and capabilities.
  • You’ll embrace the industry and demonstrate a working knowledge of Design Consultancy.

  • You’ll be self-motivated and capable of hands-on problem solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions, and ensure strong culture of client service
  • You’ll be confident, articulate and a proactive thinker
  • You’ll have strong communication & presentation skills (verbal, digital & visual)
  • You’ll be competent in Microsoft Office – able to develop and format compelling presentations, knowledge and experience of PowerPoint and Excel is essential
  • You’ll be a team player
